Hey there, I’m Alex Piller, the owner and founder of Simple Plan Fitness. I spent years riding the weight loss rollercoaster, trying every fad diet, making a ton of mistakes, and doing plenty of stupid along the way. Eventually, I ditched the gimmicks, took a simpler approach, and it actually worked.
Now, as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, I help others skip the nonsense and get real results without overcomplicating things. I’m also a husband, a dad to three awesome kids, and proof that you don’t need a crazy diet or insane workouts to feel great. You just need a simple plan.
