Our Philosophy: Keep It Simple, Make it Last

 

At Simple Plan Fitness, we believe getting healthy shouldn’t feel like a full-time job. The fitness industry loves to overcomplicate things with extreme diets, unrealistic workout plans, and quick-fix gimmicks that never stick. We’ve been there, done that, and learned the hard way. It doesn’t work long-term!

So, we keep it simple. Count your calories, move every day, and switch things up when needed. That’s it. No magic pills, no insane workout routines, no eating nothing but kale and sadness. Just practical, flexible strategies that fit your life, not the other way around.

  • Track what you eat. You don’t have to go full food scientist, but being aware of what you’re consuming makes a huge difference. Small, mindful changes lead to big results.
  • Move every day. No gym? No problem. Walk, lift, bike, dance, chase your dog, whatever gets you moving and keeps you feeling strong.
  • Keep things fresh. Hitting a plateau? Bored of the same routine? No worries. A few small tweaks can keep your body adapting and the progress coming.

No pressure, no gimmicks, just real, sustainable habits that help you take control of your health without it taking over your life.

 Hey there, I’m Alex Piller, the owner and founder of Simple Plan Fitness. I spent years riding the weight loss rollercoaster, trying every fad diet, making a ton of mistakes, and doing plenty of stupid along the way. Eventually, I ditched the gimmicks, took a simpler approach, and it actually worked.

Now, as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, I help others skip the nonsense and get real results without overcomplicating things. I’m also a husband, a dad to three awesome kids, and proof that you don’t need a crazy diet or insane workouts to feel great. You just need a simple plan.
